Furtherset – Old Quantum Theory EP
An “Atomic” OST
A brand new technowagon release from the sixteen years old Furtherset (aka Tommaso Pandolfi). Despite the young age, he has an enviable musical culture and he experiments interesting live performances.
His style is unique, a fusion between drone, cosmic and glitch music.
Technowagon leaves aside the theories of classical mechanics to explore the new points of view of quantum mechanics. Furtherset offers us a new sound, immature but sharp that fully immersing ourselves in the electron cloud surrounding the atoms.

“Since when I first started to write things for what later became the EP, I was fascinating me, through popular scientific readings, at certain physics topics, such as the quantum theory. I was particularly interested by the beginning of the theory, and its central figures, such as Bohr, Sommerfeld and others. My knowledge, even very basic, or my complete ignorance in this field, helped me to fantasize about new issues and to try to put equations, or anything else related to the old quantum theory, in music.
Let’s say I tried to do a soundtrack of the theory.”
